Hive
Inspired by a wasp's nest, Hive is a large globe covered in grey paper pulp overloaded with domestic objects. The recycled newspaper covering references both solidity and fragility: descriptive of nature itself. Other readings might include a giant boulder, which has rolled through someone's house, an overcrowded world or a consumer society gone haywire.
